Cashier Supervisor

We are hring a Cashier Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing a staff of about 15 cashiers at a local convenience store. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing employees

• Creating employee schedules

• Maintain social media accounts, newsletter

• New employee training, current employee development

• Lead team meetings

• Attend management meetings

• Split time between two locations and various shifts

• Work some shifts as a cashier

Requirements for this position:

• Past supervising experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to lead others in a positive manner

• Computer skills

• Organizational skills

• High ethics and moral standards

• Must be flexible with hours
