Herdsman/Feeder

A Herdsman/Feeder is needed for a 400 cow dairy in Southern Minnesota. The dairy prides itself upon being one of highest production herds in state. The farm is very focused on responsible, ethical, and sustainable farming.

The responsibilities of this position include AI/synch programs; fresh cows and general herd health; hoof trimming; TMR feeding and feed management.

The employee will work closely with the owners, vet, nutritionist, milkers, and other staff.

Experience as a herdsman and feeding is required. Must be able to speak English, ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Must be responsible, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
