Getting to Know AgriStaff USA

Becky Schmid is our Co-Founder and Operations Manager. Becky can help with scheduling on-site consultations, initiating the recruiting and hiring process, and can create a customized staffing program for each company. Becky was born and graduated high school in New Holstein, Wisconsin.

She then moved to Ohio where she graduated with honors from Lake Erie College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Equestrian Facilities Management and a minor in Biology.

After graduating, Becky worked for the same high-performance dressage farm as Frankie and was the assistant head groom and show groom. The farm was based in north-east Ohio and spent the winter months in Wellington, Florida competing on the show circuits. Becky enjoys riding her horse, Lucky, running, and exploring the outdoors.
