Parlor Manager

Hiring an experienced Parlor Manager for a dairy near Eldorado, WI. Candidate will milk approximately 3-4 shifts per week. Candidate will be responsible for managing other milkers, creating and managing their schedules, parlor maintenance, and managing mastitis treatment and protocols. Other herdsman duties may include: AI, pushing cows, and other duties depending on knowledge and experience. Must have previous supervisory experience. Possibility or a promotion to a higher management lever after 1 year. Pay starts at $16 per hour.
