Bilingual Recruiting and Member Manager Assistant
Role and Responsibilities
AgriStaff USA is growing and expanding! We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in expanding their career and growing with our company. We are seeking an ambitious self-starter to be a Bilingual Recruiter and Member Manager. This position includes a mixture of Recruiting, administrative duties, human resource management, and customer relations. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Search for, recruit, and interview quality candidates
Identify and place candidates in the right position based on employee’s information and job requirements
Assist in building a candidate pool of varied skills, backgrounds, and industry preferences
Conduct scheduled and walk-in interviews, including collecting proper tax and I9 documentation
Assist in maintaining employee files, company paperwork, and other organizational duties
Manage HRM Clients and their employees, including translating, document creation, and meetings
Communicate with current and potential clients with regards to employees and solve employee issues
Maintain websites and social media avenues
Travel to conduct employee meetings and visits at client’s properties
Manage the office while team members are away and/or manage time on the road efficiently
Assist in other projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will:
Be efficient using computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and our Applicant Tracking System
Be able to work both individually and within a team
Take initiative and provide feedback on operation improvements
Must have great people skills and be comfortable holding detailed phone conversations
Have excellent customer service skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidate is required to be bilingual, including the ability to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish.
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledgeable using computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, and social media.
Experience in the dairy industry helpful, but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the United States, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
