Maintenance Manager

Hiring an experience Maintenance candidate to work on a 1,600 cow dairy and be the Maintenance Manager. Duties may include: managing other maintenance staff, maintenance and repair of dairy vehicles, pasteurizers, overhead doors, gates, stalls, parlor, crowd gate, fans, skid steers, scraper tractors, other dairy equipment, and snow removal.

Abilities Needed: Maintenance, Mechanical, Minor Electrical, minor plumbing, welding, team player, ability to learn and grow. Candidates also must have previous maintenance and supervisory experience. Flexible 1st shift hours, 8-10 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Some on-call weekend work may be required.
