Maintenance Technicians

Recruiting experienced maintenance technicians for a large company near Sheboygan Falls, WI. Maintenance members are instrumental in keeping machines, lines, and facilities running, so our members can keep making excellent product. Maintenance members are responsible for all production machines and may also manage industrial refrigeration machinery, as well as operate as industrial electricians or maintenance controls technicians. Maintenance members work closely with the engineers and production members to make important upgrades to production machinery. All members are expected to perform their job safely and efficiently, living in accordance with the company's culture.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, of at least 5 years, with references. The most important quality in candidates is an excellent attitude and willingness to work hard and continue to learn and develop as an individual. Candidates must be able to read, write, and understand English for safety purposes.

This full-time position will consist of, on average, 50-60 hours per week, 5-6 days per week. Some weekend work may be available. Pay starts at $21 per hour and up, depending on previous experience.
