Director of Recruiting & Training/ Assistant Herdsman

We are looking to hire a Director of Recruiting & Training/ Assistant Herdsman for a dairy farm in the Two Rivers, WI area. Person hired will be in charge of recruiting, training employees, creating work schedule. Other duties include- lock up cows for breeder, herd check, hoof trimmer, check sick cows, treating cows. Candidate must be bilingual, knowledge of milking procedures is required. $14.00/ hour, Regular shift is 7:00am-3:00pm, rotating weekend 8:00am-12:00pm. Person hired will be scheduled ON-Call.
